ABC Wolf was not created in a boardroom. It was built through years of hard work, persistence, pressure, and real restaurant experience.
As an immigrant kid looking for a better future, hospitality became an opportunity to grow. What started over 15 years ago bussing tables slowly became a passion for service, wine, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Before the certifications and restaurants, there were difficult shifts, setbacks, pressure, and moments where people laughed at the dream of working in high-end restaurants.
But through persistence, studying obsessively, and refusing to settle, that dream slowly became reality.
Wine knowledge opened doors. Hospitality became a craft. Certifications followed. And eventually the entrepreneurial mindset grew after COVID — leading to the creation of ABC Wolf.
After years of buying cheap tools that broke during real shifts, ABC Wolf was created to build products that feel professional, durable, dependable, and worthy of the hospitality industry.
